Our services are delivered to each of our clients through a dedicated Service Team made up of several team members.

P&C Unit
Account Manager

This is the quarterback of the team. Our Account Managers are responsible for the production of their own accounts. They guide the team and work with the client to establish a premier insurance program that best suits the client’s goals and objectives. The Account Manager has ultimate responsibility for maintaining the relationship with the client, as well as pricing, scope of coverage, account servicing, and resolving all claims and loss control issues.

Underwriter

The Underwriter is the primary inside contact for our customers and is also the primary point of contact with the insurance companies. A highly technical position, our Underwriters routinely review contract specs, review policies and coverage forms, handle the renewal negotiations with the Account Manager, and service the typical day-to-day needs of the customer.

Assistant Underwriter

The Assistant Underwriter supports the Underwriter by handling prompt turnaround of requests for Certificates of Insurance, processing routine endorsement requests, provide initial review of insurance policies, prepare premium/loss summaries, and check audits and Experience Mod Worksheets for accuracy.

Benefits Unit
Benefits Consultant

They guide the team and work with the client to establish a quality, cost-effective employee benefits program that best suits the client’s goals and objectives. The Benefits Consultant has ultimate responsibility for maintaining the relationship with the client, as well as all account related service issues.

Client Service Advisor
